Arta Gallery was the perfect backdrop for Justin & Jamie’s wedding and the following afterparty. Arta Gallery is located in the Distillery District which is an area of Toronto full of art and vibrant brickworks. The distillery district is one of my favourite places to photography weddings, the colours of the bricks is just *chefs kiss*.
Justin & Jamie decided to buy a lock to “seal” their love on the LOVE wall, a little cliche never hurt anybody. Just as we finished their photos outside it began to rain, so we ran back to the gallery to greet everyone who had arrived after the ceremony. That’s where Justin and Jamie got to show off their new rings to their friends and the party officially started! After giving a speech thanking their most important people, they opened up the dance floor and never stopped dancing (at least until I left that is).
I brought my film camera with me to capture some moments, so all of the black and white images in this gallery are captured on film!
