Lisbon Hotel Wedding on Film & Digital

Oddly enough the Lisbon Hotel is neither a hotel, nor located in Lisbon. It is actually a cocktail bar located in the Corktown neighbourhood of Toronto. The inside of the bar feels distinctly European in some way that I couldn’t really put on finger on. Regardless the interior photographed really well on film, and I especially loved all the natural light coming in from the large windows all around the space.

Why Lisbon Hotel Was Perfect For Andrea & Sam

Andrea & Sam wanted their wedding day to feel like a large family gathering; intimate with just the people closest to them. They were also looking for something in the city which would was close to home. Lisbon Hotel’s modern interior, and central location really complimented their vision and was the perfect spot for these two.

Getting Ready at the King Edward Hotel

We started the day off at the King Edward Hotel where both Andrea and Sam were getting ready in separate rooms with their families. I always enjoy photographing at the King Edward, the rooms feel elegant, spacious, and photograph so well! Here are a few of my favourite images from the morning.
